Nick Sawka
Nick Sawka has managed and supervised the design and construction of major commercial and private projects, ranging from 1-acre medical office buildings to 300-acre mixed-use developments. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial and light industrial planning and design, including surveying, site development, erosion control, utility layout, water and sewer modeling, hydrology studies, and more.
With specialized experience in construction zoning, variances, inspections, and compliance, he understands how to work with state and local agencies to ensure a complete and successful project for both the developer and community.
Nick is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) and Level II Certified Design Professional by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
Jeffrey Masisak
Jeffrey Masisak, PE, has a diverse and advantageous skillset including Risk Management, Contract Negotiations, Strategic Planning, and Engineering/Technical Design.
Prior to MASS Engineering and Consultants, Jeffrey designed, managed, and supervised multiple large-scale civil and structural land development projects for municipal and industrial clients, including technical design for utility, storm water, wastewater, hydrology, and erosion control. He most recently served as Senior Director of Engineering & Development at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).
He is a certified Design Professional and Erosion Control Specialist (CPECS, WECS) by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
Chris Lankford
Chris is a Senior CAD design professional with extensive field experience. He brings his proven problem solving abilities to our team, developing solutions to complex design dilemmas.
He is highly skilled in subdivision and commercial land development; subsurface utility design; groundwater treatment and remediation; geotechnical services; landfill design; and civil, survey, roadway, and traffic engineering.
Prior to joining MASS, Chris served as Deputy CAD Manager for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), where he led all efforts for agency 3D modeling, laser scanning, and asset management integration.
Chris is a certified Erosion Control Specialist (CPECS) by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
Brian A. Coffman
Brian A. Coffman specializes in Architecture and Design, Programming, Space Planning, and Quality Control. With over 20 years of design and construction, his experience spans public transportation, light industrial, small commercial, public utilities, and more.
Brian served as Lead Architect and Project Manager on over 37 design projects at the Marine Corps Tri-Command Marine and Naval base in Beaufort, SC. As a Senior Architect at Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), he worked on the design for the total renovation of the Rail Station at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Driven by a passion for history and architecture, Brian enjoys serving on municipal historic preservation, architectural review, and park planning committees.
